• Where is the store based?

  Irvine, CA

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Most items are ready-to-ship but it will still take 3-5 business days for me to process your order. If you have a need to receive something urgently, please email me directly at [email protected] BEFORE you place your order and I will see what I can do to expedite.

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. If you need your item sooner, please contact me directly at [email protected] BEFORE you place your order and I will provide you with expedited shipping options and costs.

• Do you accept custom commission requests?

  Yes! However my work schedule is pretty busy, so when commissions are being offered a limited number will be for sale in the shop itself (look for a listing for commission). If you don't see it listed or want something other than what is being offered, please contact me directly at [email protected] and we'll work something out.

  Please note that due to priority engagements or other commissions that I am working on, I may not be able to complete your request right away. If you need your item by a specific date, please contact me BEFORE you submit your order.

• Do you accept sketch requests in person or at conventions?

  Whenever I can do it, I am happy to. Often at conventions I will happily provide a basic character sketch for little or no cost, however depending on the complexity and detail of your request I may need to charge for it. Generally at conventions I have other duties to attend to (speaking in panel discussions, autograph sessions, interviews, etc.) so I may not be able to accept many (or any) commissions and frequently I cannot complete them on-site during the event.

  If you want to be sure that you can pick up a sketch from me at a convention, please submit your request IN ADVANCE. You can email me directly at [email protected] or use one of the commission options listed in the shop.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

• What if something is wrong with my order?
